CERTIFICATION AGREEMENT
This Certification Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Entrepreneur inc training limited] ("Entrepreneursity" or "the certification academy"), and the individual or entity identified as the "Client" or "Student" below. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Entrepreneursity will provide certification services to the Client.
1. CERTIFICATION SERVICES
1.1. Entrepreneursity agrees to provide the Client with access to the specified certification, courses, and services described in the sales materials, including mastermind days and support from tutors.
1.2. The Client shall be entitled to the number of sessions and support as promised in the sales materials, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
2.1. The Client shall make the required payments as agreed upon in the payment plan or terms provided during the certification purchase.
2.2. In the event of a missed payment, Entrepreneursity will make three (3) automated payment attempts. If payment is not received after the third attempt, Entrepreneursity will send two (2) reminder emails.
2.3. If the Client fails to make the required payment after the email reminders, Entrepreneursity reserves the right to remove the Client from the channels of support, revoke access to the certification, and withhold the certification without providing a refund for previous payments.
2.4. Entrepreneursity does not charge late payment fees. However, payments must be kept up to date, and failure to do so may result in removal from the certification.
2.5. Entrepreneursity may allow the Client to pause their payment plan for up to three (3) months. After the three-month period, the payment plan cannot be reinstated, and no refunds will be provided.
3. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
3.1. If the Client feels that the promised sessions and support have not been adequately provided, they may file a complaint by contacting support@entrepreneursity.com.
3.2. The final decision on the outcome of complaints will be made by Entrepreneursity, and their decision is considered final.
4. CERTIFICATION EVENTS
4.1. Entrepreneursity will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the dates for certification events such as mastermind days. However, the Company's decision on event dates is final.
4.2. The Client is responsible for attending these events, and no monetary compensation will be provided if the Client cannot attend.
5. TUTOR SCHEDULES
5.1. If a tutor is unable to attend a pre-scheduled call or training, they have the right to reschedule at their convenience. The agreed training will be delivered as promised.
6. SUPPORT COMMUNITIES
6.1. The Client can seek support within the specified support communities for the certification.
6.2. Entrepreneursity aims to answer questions within a 24-hour period, but exceptions may occur. The Client can also contact support@entrepreneursity.com or the Support Coach for additional support.
7. CODE OF CONDUCT
7.1. The Client is expected to adhere to a high level of conduct and behavior in public channels, groups, and support groups. Offensive, aggressive, or derogatory remarks are strictly prohibited.
7.2. A warning will be issued in the event of a violation of conduct, as outlined in section 7.1.
7.3. If such behavior is repeated, Entrepreneursity has the authority to remove the Client from all channels, revoke access to the certification, and withhold the certification without providing payment or compensation, including the refund of any previous payments.
7.4. These provisions are in place to ensure the safety and positive learning environment of all students and support their growth and development.
8. CANCELLATION
8.1. If Entrepreneursity cancels the Client's certification for any reason, and the Client cannot be certified, a full refund will be provided within 28 days.
9. CERTIFICATION AND PAYMENT
9.1. The Client will only receive certified status and the physical certificate once full payment has been made.
9.2. In the case of completing certification modules and sessions while on a payment plan, the certificate will be sent once the final payment has been made and cleared.
10. ADMINISTRATION FEE
10.1. A £50 admin fee is added to payment plans to cover administrative costs.
11. GENERAL TERMS
11.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
11.2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
By signing below, or ticking the terms and conditions of this contract, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
